  My paperwork was lost in their office which caused it to never get faxed on January 26th 2017. I never got so much as a voice-mail about it. I called them on February 28th and they had very bad phone etiquette. I was told that I would be receiving a call back but that never happened. I came to the office to redo the paperwork and was met with a don't want to be bothered attitude. I told them what I was told to do and when she came back she had had an attitude and asked me if I had the paperwork. I told her that she was the one that printed it off the last time and she told me that they are not suppose to do it and that if this happens again that I will have to bring the paperwork myself. I then told her that none of this was not told to me before hand. Dr. Poist is really nice, but having an all women staff probably was a bad idea. They were talking and acting like u was the one that lost my own paperwork when indeed it was them.
